David hails from East London where he matriculated at Selborne College with Academic Colours. He attended Rhodes University in Grahamstown where he held various leadership positions on campus and graduated with the degrees, BA(Hons) LLB.

A stint in the Military saw him earning the Eastern Province Command’s “Most Outstanding National Serviceman” Award in 1988.

David was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1993. He worked in corporate South Africa in industries as diverse as FMCG and Finance before settling into private practice, where his areas of expertise and interest lie in New Business Development, Administration of Deceased Estates and Entertainment Law.

David has recently forayed into Film and Television projects and has achieved credit status in the lauded documentary, “The Second Meeting” directed by acclaimed Serb, Zeljko Mirkovic. Being of Italian heritage, David is an active member of the Italian community, and is the unofficial Cape Town representative for Old Rhodians of the eighties era.
